processing your order:

All orders are processed, and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on a non-business day begin processing the following business day.

United States:

  • USPS Priority Shipping: 1-6 Business Days with Non-Guaranteed Delivery Date.
  • UPS Ground Shipping: 2-5 Business Days Guaranteed Delivery Date.
  • UPS 2-Day Shipping: 2 Business Days Guaranteed Delivery Date.

International:

  • USPS Priority Mail International: 5-14 Business days Non-Guaranteed Delivery Date.
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited: 3-5 Business Days Guaranteed Delivery Date to most countries.
  • UPS Worldwide Express Saver: 3-5 Business Days Guaranteed Delivery Date to most countries.

*Please Note: These transit times are in addition to the processing and handling time. Saturday and Sunday are not considered a UPS shipping/delivery day nor a business day.

  • Guaranteed Delivery Date: means the carrier will supply a scheduled delivery date for the shipment.
  • Non-Guaranteed Delivery Date means no delivery date will be supplied.

undelivered packages:

We will ship packages to the supplied shipping address. Logan Bros. Shaving Co. is not liable for packages on hold, discarded, or lost in transit. If a package is returned to us, you may request to have it shipped again to your corrected address. The standard shipping charge will apply to all requests for re-shipment.

international shipping:

We ship our items to most countries. There may be some custom taxes and fees imposed by your country for imported items. Please contact your local government agency for details on these fees.

To proceed with an order shipped outside of the USA, add the items to your cart and proceed with checkout to view shipping rates. When prompted for the shipping address, choose the corresponding country. If you experience any issues regarding your shipping vs. billing address and/or credit card information, please email loganbros@gmail.com and we will be happy to provide you with assistance in processing your order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from our webstore, we will happily give you your money back or exchange the product for the original purchase price of the merchandise within 10 days of customer receipt from webstore. For returns or exchanges of product purchased from a local retailer and not from this website must be handled directly through the retailer of purchase.

returns:

Returns are available for unopened and unused product (seal is not broken). The customer is responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges. Upon receipt of returned item, a credit will be issued for the full amount of the product plus shipping to the original form of payment provided for the purchase. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of being received. Note that it may take up to three weeks to appear as a credit on your statement.
